The paper and test I just took today for Art HistII is so bad and right now I'm having trouble w/ german mixed verbs w/ past perfect tense! *ahhh!!!*

well i goes in fast pace, every week we have a new chapter-we're on 8 right now...
with the intro+8chapters=9 chapters so far.
We did Beg.German I in like 4 1/2 weeks... and its about the same for the second half.
so like in ~9/10 weeks its supposed to cover first year german.

yeah, i think Spanish is very straight foward, but that might be b/c i'm NATIVE speaker and I was so so lazy in high school...

I regret not taking Latin or German back then. Or at least Russian when they still had that prof. Wished they had Japanese or Chinese back in high school...damn Bellaire

My psychology prof said to expose them soon as possible b/c within a few months after they're born they start making connections in their brain for different sounds. Yeah, I'm so making my kid multilingual. Spanish and English just isn't enough these days.

Yeah when they're talking age, they pick up languages quickly...my little 2 yr. cousin repeats things in English, but the 5 yr.old is very stubborn, its almost like she refuses to learn English. Don't know what she's thinking. I try to talk to her just in English so she's forced to learn it, I mean she watches English cartoons and tv all day, I think it might have stick something in her mind.
My mom said I quickly picked up English when I was 3-4 years old. She also says I knew random Chinese b/c of our neighbor, but I don't believe her-that might have been gibberish I made up to make myself seem smarter next to my siblings. I was competitive from the start.

Yeah, that's the same thing my prof said.
I can roll my Rs well b/c my dad was a Spanish literature and grammar prof in El Salvador.
He made sure I pronounced correctly my words and made the correct sounds. He made me repeat words I mispronounced until I said them correctly.
But he began to work more, so I guess my siblings missed out on his scolding-might be why my Spanish is lot better than their's.

also i kind of changed my classes around b/c a lab i needed opened up, so i had to drop anatomy & phys next semester.

they say to always go with your gut instinct...but mine always leads me to doubt and try to change my answers.

got my paper back, the day after I turned it in, most of the class got A's and there's like 17 ppl in there. i think the teacher got lazy and instead of actually grading it, she gave most of us A's not that I'm complaining. she didn't even mark it or anything.

I got mine, this is probably the cheapest semester for me, can't remember how much it cost for my first 2 semesters. Science classes are kind of expensive, but Art ones are too.
